Kash Patel went nuclear and made one emergency ultimatum

FBI Director Kash Patel saw trouble brewing.

Patel lept into action.

And Kash Patel went nuclear and made one emergency ultimatum.

Pam Bondi Botches the Release of the Epstein Files

The New York Times published an excerpt from reporters Maggie Haberman and Jonathan Swan’s new book, “Regime Change: Inside the Imperial Presidency of Donald Trump.”

In the section of the book published in the Times, Swan and Haberman described FBI Director Kash Patel and Deputy Director Dan Bongino’s outrage at how then-Attorney General Pam Bondi mishandled the release of the Epstein files.

Bondi’s Justice Department released a memo claiming the Epstein client list didn’t exist, and there would be “no further disclosure” of any more Epstein files.

Swan and Haberman reported that Bongino arrived at a daily Justice Department meeting and berated Bondi for creating a mess by going on Fox News and claiming the client list was “sitting on my desk,” only to later claim the client list didn’t exist.

“You ****** this thing up from the start,” Bongino exclaimed/ “The way you’ve been talking about this — that dumb ******* charade with the Epstein files, the ‘They’re on my desk’ nonsense, all the promises to the folks out there.”

Kash Patel Says Bondi Must Go

Swan and Haberman then reported that Patel and Bongino met with Bondi and chief of staff Susie Wiles, where Wiles claimed Bongino leaked a story to ABC News

“Two days later… the two men were summoned to a meeting with [Susie] Wiles and Bondi in the Situation Room complex. They were the last to enter the small, wood-paneled room. Seated around the table were Bondi, Wiles, Blanche, and Taylor Budowich, one of Wiles’s deputies.

The moment Bongino sat down, Wiles told him that she had been informed he leaked a sensitive story about Epstein and Trump to ABC News,” the two wrote.

Bongino offered to put up a $100,000 of his own money to prove he didn’t leak the story.

“I’ll tell you what,” Bongino reportedly replied. “I’ll give you $100,000 cash right now. I’m not kidding. Walk out to West Exec, put that reporter on speaker and get him to admit I leaked it. A hundred thousand dollars.”

Swan and Haberman wrote that Wiles told Bongino that they were all in this together on the Epstein files, which caused Bongino to erupt again and say that they were all only in this mess because Bondi created the debacle with how she bungled the release of the Epstein files.

“Wiles snapped back, “Well, we all got ourselves into this —— ”

Bongino cut her off.

“No, no, no, no, no. We didn’t get ourselves into anything. I warned you guys about this the whole time, and you ignored me. And exactly what I said was going to happen happened. And now you’re pretending I was in on this. I was never in on this.,” Swan and Haberman also reported.

Patel agreed and told Wiles that Bondi should resign for how her conduct hurt the President.

Haberman and Swan revealed that “Patel and Bongino both subsequently told a White House official that Bondi needed to resign.”

Bondi eventually did resign, but not before she hindered President Trump by allowing Democrats to create another fake scandal about the Epstein files.
