Vance Blasts El-Sayed for Attack on Usha Vance
Campaigning in Michigan for Republican Mike Rogers, Vance took a blowtorch to Abdul El-Sayed’s attack on Second Lady Usha Vance.
Vance ripped El-Sayed for his friendship with anti-American streamer Hasan Piker, who said America “deserved” 9/11 and praised Chinese Communist dictator Mao Zedong.
“My message to Abdul El-Sayed is: you can pal around with terrorist sympathizers, and you can say that America deserves 9/11, or you can empathize not with the children who were targeted at Temple Israel, but with the attacker,” Vance declared. “These are all despicable things, but they’re all things that the people of Michigan will judge you on based on your record.”
Vance then told El-Sayed that whatever distraction he wanted to conjure up to keep Michiganders’ eyes away from his association with Piker, he should refrain from ever speaking about Usha again.
“But whatever you want to talk about, Abdul — keep my wife’s name the hell out of your mouth, because she’s way out of your league,” Vance stated.
Vance then told the crowd that El-Sayed was “very, very evil” because he saw himself as Muslim fighting against Christians and Jews as opposed to an American who was part of a different political coalition engaging in the arena of debate.
“And I realized that there’s something about Abdul El-Sayed that is very, very evil and on the rise in the United States of America today,” Vance added. “And it’s people who see themselves not as citizens of a coalition fighting for every single person, whether they’re Jewish or Christian, whether they’re white, black, or brown, but see themselves as fighting for one group at the expense of others.”
What El-Sayed Said
El-Sayed slimed Usha Vance after Vance commented at a rally that the left importing millions of third-worlders turned America into a nation his Pawpaw wouldn’t recognize, where the Democrat running for Senate in Michigan claimed opposition to Sharia law was rooted in white supremacy.
“El-Sayed, this guy running for Senate in Michigan, he once argued not too long ago that criticisms of Sharia law were rooted in white supremacy. I’d love to go back in time and tell my Papaw that there’s a man who claims to stand for working people who says not only should we have Sharia law, but if you criticize it you’re a white supremacist. That’s not my Papaw’s Democrat Party, my friends,” Vance told the crowd.
El-Sayed clapped back and insinuated that Vance’s Pawpaw was also a racist who would be ashamed of Vance’s marriage to Usha, the daughter of Indian immigrants.
“So do we think JD is taking Usha with him back in time to meet Papaw, or no…” El-Sayed wrote on social.
El-Sayed’s campaign is besieged by blunders and scandals.
This is yet another unforced error that could make the difference in a close race.
