Elon Musk files court case to stop Democrat Party censorship

Democrats are going to regret making an enemy out of Elon Musk.

The left overplayed its hand big-time.

And Elon Musk crushed Democrats with just one sentence.

Elon Musk said he was preparing a legal challenge against leftist activist group Media Matters calling them “oppressors of right to free speech” after the nonprofit targeted him and X.

“The split-second court opens on Monday, X Corp will be filing a thermonuclear lawsuit against Media Matters and ALL those who colluded in this fraudulent attack on our company,” Musk thundered on X Saturday. “Their board, their donors, their network of dark money, all of them.”

Media Matters accused X of running ads for Apple, Bravo, IBM, Oracle, and Xfinity next to “pro-Nazi content.”

In a statement, Musk claimed Media Matters had manipulated the platform in order to deceive advertisers.

“This week Media Matters for America posted a story that completely misrepresented the real user experience on X, in another attempt to undermine freedom of speech and mislead advertisers,” Musk said on X Saturday. “Despite our clear and consistent position, X has seen a number of attacks from activist groups like Media Matters and legacy media outlets who seek to undermine freedom of expression on our platform because they perceive it as a threat to their ideological narrative and those of their financial supporters.”

“These groups try to use their influence to attack our revenue streams by deceiving advertisers on X,” Musk said.

“Media Matters is pure evil,” he said in a follow-up message.

Numerous companies joined the latest boycott against X in the last week and suspended their advertising on the social media platform, including Apple, IBM, Disney, Warner Bros. Discovery, Comcast, Lions Gate Entertainment and Paramount Global.

Musk alleges that Media Matters intentionally manipulated content in order to cherry-pick data from 5.5 billion ad impressions served on the platform that day.

Media Matters, a far-left nonprofit, has a track record of promoting advertiser boycotts against right-wing organizations.

Billionaire George Soros donated $1 million to Media Matters in 2010, claiming that the donation was due to “recent evidence suggesting that the incendiary rhetoric of Fox News hosts may incite violence.”

According to Politico, the group has received more money from Soros besides the direct donation. “Media Matters, however has received funding from or formed partnerships with several groups that Soros funds or has funded. These include the Tides Foundation, Democracy Alliance, Moveon.org and the Center for American Progress.”

“Far from the free speech advocate he claims to be, Musk is a bully who threatens meritless lawsuits in an attempt to silence reporting that he even confirmed is accurate,” Media Matters claimed in a statement on Saturday. “Musk admitted the ads at issue ran alongside the pro-Nazi content we identified. If he does sue us, we will win.”
