Elon Musk Shares New January 6 Video

Liz Cheney’s work on the January 6 Committee was designed to derail Donald Trump’s 2024 campaign.

But the committee’s narrative is collapsing.

And now Elon Musk destroyed Liz Cheney with this damning video.

As Great American Daily reports:

For two years Liz Cheney and her allies hid a secret.

Now the truth is out there.

And Elon Musk just shared the video that will wreck Liz Cheney for good.

New footage from the Capitol’s security cameras on January 6 paint a more complicated picture than the one Liz Cheney and her fellow January 6 committee members painted for the public.

The violence on January 6 was deplorable and people who committed actual acts of violence and attacked police deservedly ended up in prison.

But the committee and federal prosecutors elevated Jacob Chansley — the “QAnon Shaman” — as the William Wallace-like leader of a bloodthirsty coup to overthrow the U.S. government.

Chansley pleaded guilty to obstructing a federal proceeding and received a 41-month prison sentence.

But Tucker Carlson played footage Nancy Pelosi, Liz Cheney, and the rest of the January 6 committee hid from the American people.

This footage showed Chansley peacefully interacting with police officers and the officers guiding Chansley around the Capitol.

The officers even unlocked the door to the Senate Chamber for Chansley.

George Washington Law Professor and Fox News Legal Analyst Jonathan Turley wrote on his blog that the new footage demonstrated mitigating factors that should have resulted in Chansley receiving a lesser sentence.

Turley also revealed that federal prosecutors hid this evidence from Chansley’s defense team which denied Chansley a fair trial.

Turley wrote:

I spoke with Chansley’s new counsel, Bill Shipley, and confirmed that defense counsel did not have this material.

In the hearing, federal prosecutor Kimberly Paschall played videos showing Chansley yelling along with the crowd and insisted “that is not peaceful.”

That portrayal of Chansley would have been more difficult to maintain if the Court was allowed to see images of Chansley casually walking through a door of the Capitol with hundreds of other protesters and then being escorted by officers through the Capitol. At no point is he violent and at no point is he shown destroying evidence. Instead, he dutifully follows the officers who facilitate his going eventually to the unoccupied Senate floor.

More video later emerged of Chansley yelling at a group of January 6 protesters that Donald Trump tweeted that everyone should go home peacefully and that it was time for everyone to leave.

Elon Musk shared this video on Twitter posting “Free Jacob Chansley.”

Musk then wrote that Chansley received 41 months in prison for what Musk called a guided tour while a violent criminal who threatened comedian Dave Chappelle on stage with a knife got a slap on the wrist in the form of a $3,000 fine.

“Chansley got 4 years in prison for a non-violent, police-escorted tour!? Dave Chappelle was violently assaulted on stage by a guy with a knife. That guy got a $3000 fine & no prison time,” Musk added.

Democrats depended on a one-sided narrative about January 6 to score political points.

But new footage from January 6 is making that more difficult.
