Joe Biden’s lawless administration attacks the Constitution every day.

But now Biden got caught in the act.

Jim Jordan got his hands on incriminating documents that spell doom for Joe Biden.

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan’s launched an investigation into the Biden administration illegally pressuring social media companies to censor conservatives online.

Jordan’s threat to hold Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg in contempt of Congress led to the tech giant turning over a treasure trove of incriminating documents.

In one email, Biden Director of Digital Strategy Rob Flaherty wondered if Facebook could do more to censor the New York Post.

Last year Zuckerberg admitted that during the 2020 presidential election the FBI issued a false warning about the Russians preparing for a hack-and-dump operation targeting Hunter Biden.

Zuckerberg admitted his FBI warning contributed to Facebook’s decision to censor the New York Post’s Hunter Biden laptop story and deprive the voters of critical information about potential corruption that could compromise a Joe Biden presidency.

Once Joe Biden took office critics contend it looked like the Biden team sought payback for the New York Post’s reporting kicking off a scandal that is now engulfing the Biden administration.

Jordan produced another email showing Flaherty asking how Facebook could change its algorithm and promote liberal sources and censor the larger conservative media ecosystem.

None of this is legal.

A federal judge slapped down the Biden administration with a temporary restraining order barring administration officials from discussing content moderation with Big Tech unless under very narrow circumstances.

In issuing the ruling the judge ripped the Biden administration for launching the largest assault on free speech in American history.

But Joe Biden’s scheme to censor political opponents and suppress free speech was more extensive than anyone thought.

And some Republicans are wondering if this attack on the First Amendment will find its way into an impeachment inquiry.
