Judge stops Biden White House from trying to censor social media ahead of the 2024 election

Joe Biden lost a major court case.

The implications are stunning.

And a judge just stopped this secret plan the Biden administration had for the 2024 election.

Federal Judge Timothy Doughty issued one of the most consequential First Amendment rulings in decades.

Judge Doughty slapped the Biden administration with an injunction banning administration officials from meeting with Big Tech companies.

The ruling came as part of Missouri and Louisiana suing the Biden administration for censoring conservative critics of Joe Biden’s COVID vaccine mandate and other restrictions.

In the opinion declaring the injunction Judge Doughty blasted the Biden administration for launching the biggest attack on free speech in American history.

Judge Doughty’s injunction caused the Biden administration to cancel meetings with Big Tech that served notice as to why this lawsuit was so critical.

Biden State Department officials canceled meetings with Big Tech companies to discuss foreign interference and hacking in the 2024 election.

“State Department officials told Facebook that all future meetings, which had been held monthly, have been ‘canceled pending further guidance,’ said the person, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to preserve working relationships. ‘Waiting to see if CISA cancels tomorrow,’ the person added, referring to the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency,” the Washington Post exclusively reported.

“While the ruling won’t stop sites such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or TikTok from moderating online content, it stands to sideline federal government officials and agencies that had become key contributors to those efforts. In the past, meetings between the State Department and Facebook in particular have flagged suspected foreign influence operations for the companies to investigate,” the Post also reported.

In the 2020 election the FBI used the excuse of Russian hackers to plant seeds with Facebook and Twitter that the Russians planned an information dump about Hunter Biden in the 2020 election.

The truth was that the FBI was in possession of Hunter Biden’s laptop for over a year and knew the emails, images and texts on the hard drive were real.

But when the New York Post ran their story in October 2020 about Hunter Biden’s laptop containing evidence of alleged pay-to-play schemes and other crimes committed by Joe and Hunter Biden, Big Tech used the FBI warning to censor the story denying the American people critical information about Joe Biden’s character and fitness for office.

The Real Clear Politics polling average shows Trump leading Joe Biden.

And with Biden’s poll numbers showing no sign of a bounce back, many conservatives cheered Judge Doughty’s ruling stopping the Biden administration from using government censorship to swing the election in Joe Biden’s favor.
