Fox News firing Tucker Carlson was one of the most shocking developments in the history of the network.

The real story was shrouded in mystery.

And Fox News hid this shocking reason for firing Tucker Carlson.

As Great American Daily reports:

Tucker Carlson is not messing around.

Fox News was not prepared for what just hit it.

And Tucker Carlson just revealed this was the bombshell reason Fox News fired him.

Fox News is trying to keep Tucker Carlson off the air through the 2024 election by continuing to pay out his contract.

Network executives likely fear Carlson starting up a competing show when Fox’s already sunk into the toilet following the decision to yank Carlson off the air.

Fox also never gave a reason as to why it fired Carlson.

But Fox’s silence as to why it canceled Carlson became apparent when Carlson pulled a power play to win his freedom.

Carlson posted a video announcing he would be restarting his show on Twitter and hinting that Fox News fired him for questioning establishment narratives about the war in Ukraine, immigration, the election, and gender identity ideology.

This video led some to report that Carlson was free from his Fox News deal.

But that was only half true.

Shortly after the video went viral Carlson’s lawyers fired off a letter to Fox News accusing the network of breaching Carlson’s contract, which technically freed Carlson to take his show to Twitter.

Carlson’s lawyers accused Fox executives including Fox News Chairman Rupert Murdoch of fraud by breaking promises to Carlson not to leak his text messages or punish him as part of any settlement with Dominion as part of the company’s defamation lawsuit against Fox News.

Axios reports:

The lawyers accuse Fox executives — which two sources say are Dinh and Murdoch — of making “material representations,” or promises, to Carlson that were intentionally broken, constituting fraud.

Notably, the letter alleges Fox broke an agreement with Carlson not to leak his private communications to the media and not to use Carlson’s private messages “to take any adverse employment action against him.”

The letter pointed out how texts from Carlson smearing him as sexist and racist appeared in The New York Times shortly after Fox News fired Carlson.

Carlson’s lawyers then exposed how a member of Fox News’ board of directors told Carlson that Fox News firing Carlson was part of the Dominion settlement.

“Carlson was told by a member of the Fox board that he was taken off the air as part of the Dominion settlement, two sources briefed on a conversation told Axios,” Axios reported.

Tucker Carlson let it be known he was preparing for war against Fox News.

Fox News looked like it poked the bear with a leak campaign Carlson believes was designed to destroy his reputation.
