Alina Habba Says New York City Trial is Rigged Against Donald Trump

Alina Habba has fought in the trenches alongside Donald Trump against the Democrat Party’s lawfare.

What Habba has witnessed has been a horror show.

And now all hell is breaking loose after Alina Habba made this sick confession.

The first week of Alvin Bragg’s persecution of Donald Trump is in the books.

And with opening statements and witness testimony, all Bragg proved is that the National Enquirer had a perfectly legal and standard practice of buying the rights to embarrassing stories about politicians and celebrities.

Publisher David Pecker testified this practice went back decades.

But Bragg is trying to take these legal actions made by the National Enquirer, Michael Cohen, and Donald Trump and magically turn a misdemeanor falsification of business records charge – where the statute of limitations has already expired – into 34 counts of felony where Trump could get up to 136 years in prison.

The facts and the law are on Trump’s side.

But Habba doesn’t believe Trump stands a chance thanks to the fact Trump is facing a biased judge (who donated to Joe Biden) along with a jury pool pulled from a city where Trump got around 10 percent of the vote.

Habba let her frustrations out in an interview with Newsmax’s Greg Kelly.

“How are you and what do you think tonight about everything?” Kelly asked Habba.

Habba expressed her hope that the jury would look at the facts of the case and see that Bragg prosecuted Trump on phantom criminal charges, however, Habba also expressed that after Trump endured the rigged trials in both the E. Jean Carroll and Letitia James cases, it was hard to possess much optimism that the jury would “do the right thing.”

“I don’t have hopes really that high at this moment that the New York courts will do the right thing, that the jury will do the right thing. We’re in a blue state, as you know, Greg. And I think everything’s by design. We’re in a case that was eight years old, over the statute of limitations, was denied by [former Manhattan District Attorney] Cy Vance, then brought only after President Trump decided he was going to run for office,” Habba declared.

“It’s very troubling,” Habba continued. “We’re in the fight of our lives at this moment.”

It’s no secret why Democrats keep indicting and suing Trump in deep blue citadels like New York, Atlanta, and Washington, DC.

Even in the Mar-a-Lago documents case – where the trial is taking place in Florida and thus provides Trump a fair judge and jury pool – Jack Smith ran the entire grand jury phase out of Washington D.C. before switching to Florida at the last minute.

Smith worried a fair grand jury would never go along for the ride of a political hit job.

Anything can happen when a case goes before a jury.

Trump is likely to win on appeal as this case violated legal procedures in seven different ways from Sunday.

But Democrats stacked the deck against Trump in these cases and Alina Habba knows it.
