All hell broke loose when Trump won this massive 2026 election court fight

President Trump is determined to secure the 2026 election from fraud.

But Democrats are fighting him tooth-and-nail.

And all hell broke loose when Trump won this massive 2026 election court fight.

Trump’s Executive Order to Eliminate Mail-In Ballot Fraud

In March, Trump signed Executive Order #14399, entitled “Ensuring Citizenship Verification and Election Integrity.

The order set out guidelines for the federal government to ensure that states only mailed ballots to U.S. citizens by compiling a roster of eligible voters.

“To the extent feasible and consistent with applicable law, including but not limited to the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. 552a), the Secretary of Homeland Security, through the Director of United States Citizenship and Immigration Services and in coordination with the Commissioner of SSA, shall take appropriate action to compile and transmit to the chief election official of each State a list of individuals confirmed to be United States citizens who will be above the age of 18 at the time of an upcoming Federal election and who maintain a residence in the subject State (State Citizenship List),” the order read.

The order also mandated the Postal Service to create envelope standards for security, including a barcode, for all mail-in ballots.

All mail-in ballots must be returned in an envelope that “is marked as Official Election Mail, including through designated markings provided by USPS for this purpose, such as the Official Election Mail logo, as necessary and appropriate” is automation-compatible and bears a unique Intelligent Mail barcode, or successor USPS technology, that facilitates tracking and is consistent with the other requirements of this section,” Trump’s order added.

Democrat States Sue

A collection of Democratic states sued to stop the order, and conservatives fired back that the only reason Democrats sought to stop election integrity measures was that they intended to cheat in November.

But Trump won the first round in this fight as a panel of federal judges overturned a lower court ruling that had blocked the executive order from taking effect.

“In a unanimous ruling, a three-judge panel of the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals put on hold a lower court ruling, which had blocked the U.S. Postal Service from attempting to restrict mail-in voting,” ABC News reported.

Postmaster General David Steiner and Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin demonstrated why Democrats were so terrified of this order.

Steiner testified to the Senate that the post office wouldn’t deliver any mail-in ballots to voters unless states submitted a list of all eligible voters.

“Under our proposed regulation, no. We would tell the state that we need the manifest,” Steiner stated.

Mullin warned that Homeland Security would withhold federal grants if Democrat states refused to comply and scrub their voter rolls of illegal aliens.

“We’re saying that the machines had to be secure, and that your voter registration list needs to be scrubbed,” Mullin told reporters, adding that “If states want the grant funding, to recap, they must secure the election,” Mullin said.

Democrats won the 2020 election by loosening mail-in ballot rules and taking advantage of swing states with weak election integrity measures.

President Trump declared that he and his administration are willing to play hardball to ensure a safe, secure, and fair 2026 election.
