All hell broke loose with Trump’s confession about Amy Coney Barrett

President Trump had something he needed to get off his chest about Amy Coney Barrett.

The Supreme Court’s been a thorn in Trump’s side.

And all hell broke loose with Trump’s confession about Amy Coney Barrett.

Trump Says He Regrets His Supreme Court Picks

President Trump told Time Magazine that he regretted his nominations of Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court.

“Yeah. Yeah. What can I do? I put them in,” Trump stated.

Trump explained he soured on the three after a term where they sided with the court’s liberals to block his agenda in one too many cases.

The President contrasted his three picks with Democrat appointees Ketanji Brown Jackson, Sonaya Sotomayor and Elena Kagan.

All three liberals, Trump noted, voted in accordance with the political ideology of Barack Obama and Joe Biden.

They voted against me too often,” Trump added. “I gave them the position of a lifetime, and they vote against me often. They vote for me too.”

“So they have loyalty to Barack Hussein Obama. They have loyalty to Biden, even though Biden doesn’t even know who the hell they are,” Trump added.

Trump lamented that his picks would go rogue and vote in opposition to the ideological positions they claimed to hold before their nominations.

“He wouldn’t know. He doesn’t even know what the Supreme Court is. And me, I gave them the chance of a lifetime, and it’s unfortunate what they did,” Trump added.

Trump Lists His Supreme Court Pick’s Betrayals

Trump’s Supreme Court picks veered hard left in this most recent term as they struck down his tariffs and executive order ending birthright citizenship for illegal aliens.

The President ripped those decisions as not just a betrayal of him, but of the country and the Constitution.

“The tariff decision was disastrous for the country. I want good decisions for the country,” Trump declared.

“It’s unfortunate what they did—not to me, to our country. Birthright citizenship. It’s becoming a major industry now. People are making millions and millions of dollars, and we’re losing trillions of dollars,” Trump went on to say.

Trump zeroed in on the birthright citizenship case where the justices clearly erred, as Trump asserted that Congress only intended birthright citizenship to apply to the newly freed slaves and not serve as some citizenship golden ticket illegal aliens could claim.

“And it’s become a corrupt business, all because of the Supreme Court decision. That decision was for the babies of slaves. Look at where it was—look at where it was approved,” Trump maintained.

“It wasn’t for Chinese people, wealthy or unwealthy, coming, you know, pouring into our country. And this tariff decision again, all they had to do was a little clause saying any money paid does not have to be paid back…would have saved $400 billion. They chose not to save that,” Trump concluded.

The Supreme Court selection process always plays a key role in GOP Presidential primaries.

And in 2028, whoever emerges as the nominee is likely to be the candidate voters trust to nominate justices like Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas.
