A bombshell moment in court stunned everyone.

One of Donald Trump’s criminal trials just got thrown into chaos.

And this Fani Willis sex scandal confession just changed everything.

Willis finally responded to the motion filed by Trump co-defendant Michael Roman to disqualify her from the 2020 election case.

Roman alleged that Willis carried on an affair with Nathan Wade, the man she hired as special prosecutor on the Trump witch hunt; that Willis and Wade personally enriched themselves at the taxpayers’ expense; and that Wade and Willis met twice with Biden White House officials before indicting Trump and his co-defendants.

Wade billed Fulton County $654,000 between 2021 and 2023 and bank statements show he purchased airline and cruise ship tickets for the couple.

Roman’s lawyer, Ashleigh Merchant, argued Wade buying vacations for Willis with money earned by billing her office could constitute kickbacks that violate honest services fraud laws.

Invoices from Wade also showed that he met twice with the Biden White House Counsel, including once just days after Donald Trump announced he was running for re-election.

In Willis’ official response in court she claimed the relationship with Wade didn’t begin until after Willis hired Wade as special prosecutor and she requested Judge Scott McAfee cancel a proposed February 15 hearing.

“While the allegations raised in the various motions are salacious and garnered the media attention they were designed to obtain, none provide this Court with any basis upon which to order the relief they seek,” Willis’ filing said, adding that her relationship with Wade “has never involved direct or indirect financial benefit to District Attorney Willis.”

Merchant disputed Willis’ claim saying the hearing was necessary so she could present testimony from witnesses with “personal knowledge that Wade and Willis’s personal relationship began before his appointment as a special prosecutor.”

Also casting doubt on Willis’ claim that her affair with Wade didn’t begin until after they started working together was the fact that Wade filed for divorce one day after his contract with the Fulton County DA’s Office began.

Trump reacted to the bombshell news that Willis didn’t dispute one of the central allegations against her as all the more reason for sanity to prevail and Judge McAfee to end this taxpayer-funded political persecution.

“Fani Willis, the D.A. of Fulton County, just admitted to having a sexual relationship with the Prosecutor she, in consultation with the White House and DOJ, appointed to ‘GET PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP.’ By going after the most high level person, and the Republican Nominee, she was able to get her ‘lover’ much more money, almost a Million Dollars, than she would be able to get for the prosecution of any other person or individual. THAT MEANS THAT THIS SCAM IS TOTALLY DISCREDITED & OVER!” Trump wrote on Truth Social.
