FBI Executes Search Warrant on Fulton County Election Office

Democrats tried to put Donald Trump in jail for saying he won the 2020 election.

But Trump may be on the verge of vindication.

And the FBI seized 700 boxes of ballots that led to Trump saying 5 shocking words.

The FBI executed a search warrant on the Fulton County election office and seized 700 boxes of ballots from the 2020 election.

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard was on the scene.

Gabbard’s presence raised eyebrows as it was Gabbard who declassified Russiagate documents showing Barack Obama ordered the deep state to manufacture the Russia collusion hoax following the 2016 election.

It is known that a grand jury in Florida is investigating a grand conspiracy case to keep Donald Trump from winning the White House, dating back to 2016.

Gabbard being on site bolsters the idea that this raid is part of that investigation and that the deep state may have played a role in any 2020 election fraud.

The FBI confirmed the raid, as well as that agents seized 2020 election ballots.

“Yes, we can confirm FBI Atlanta is executing a court-authorized law enforcement action at 5600 Campbellton Fairburn Rd. Our investigation into this matter is ongoing, so there are no details that we can provide at the moment,” the FBI Atlanta office said in a statement to Newsweek.

The FBI executing a search warrant means a federal judge has probable cause to believe a crime was committed, in this case, fraud during the 2020 election.

President Trump took a victory lap over this news posting, “TRUMP WON BIG. Crooked Election!” on Truth Social.

Conservative lawyer Bill Shipley – who posts under the Shipwreckedcrew handle on X and who defended multiple Trump supporters arrested on January 6 – posted an article to social offering his analysis as a defense attorney and former federal prosecutor.

Shipley wrote that on the search warrant, the FBI cited Title 52, the Federal Election Code, Sec 20511, as the crime being investigated.

Subsection Section 20511 makes it a felony to:

(2) knowingly and willfully deprives, defrauds, or attempts to deprive or defraud the residents of a State of a fair and impartially conducted election process, by —

(A) the procurement or submission of voter registration applications that are known by the person to be materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent under the laws of the State in which the election is held; or

(B) the procurement, casting, or tabulation of ballots that are known by the person to be materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent under the laws of the State in which the election is held,

Shipley went on to write that what was even more interesting was that the search warrant affidavit cited October 12, 2020, as the date when the alleged election fraud occurred, which led Shipley to believe someone on the inside was cooperating with federal investigators.

“As to Sec. 20511, the evidence would have to show probable cause to believe that persons – including Fulton County Election Officials — procured or submitted false voter registration applications materially.

Another document released today was the “Items To Be Seized” attachment to the warrant.  In this document, we learned:

The alleged violations took place after Oct. 12, 2020.  That is an AWFULLY SPECIFIC DATE — which strongly suggests to me that SOMEBODY has cooperated and given specific information to the investigators,” Shipley wrote.

For five-and-a-half years, the fake news media, Democrats, and Never Trumpers claimed Donald Trump was lying and had no proof of fraud in the 2020 election.

Trump’s critics may have to eat their words.
