Judge Hit Trump With an Unconstitutional Gag Order

The Democratic Party and the legal system are one in the same for the 2024 election.

No presidential candidate has ever faced a battle like this.

And a judge delivered one ruling that hit Donald Trump like a tonne of bricks.

Closing arguments wrapped up New York Attorney General Letitia James’ sham civil fraud case.

James argued Trump inflated the value of his assets to receive more favorable loan terms.

However, in this case there was no victim as the banks that dealt with Trump were pleased as punch by the results as they made money and Trump paid on time.

Fraudsters can’t do either of those because by definition they need to defraud lenders since they don’t have the money to pay.

The law and the facts were never really at issue.

What was at issue was the Democrats leveraging their partisan prosecutors and judges – both James and the judge in this case are elected Democrats – to bankrupt Trump as punishment for winning in 2016 and send him into the 2024 general election with the court-approved label of “fraud.”

Judge Arthur Engoron followed the plan to the letter and declared Trump a fraud before the trial even started.

That left the point of contention being the punishment.

James sought $370 million in fines and permanently banning Trump from doing business in New York.

Trump asked to speak during the closing arguments and Engoron – mindless of the high likelihood his verdict gets thrown out on appeal – allowed Trump to participate but with caveats.

“Do you promise to just comment on the law and the facts … and not go outside of it?” Engoron asked.

Trump was sick of the kangaroo court Engoron and James set up and told the judge so to his face.

“Well, I think this case goes outside of the law and the facts,” Trump replied.

Trump then launched into a speech about the brutal unfairness of how Democrats want to make an example out of using partisan operatives in DA offices and on the bench.

“When you say, ‘Don’t go outside of these things,’” Trump stated. “We have a situation where I’m an innocent man. I’ve been persecuted by someone running for office,” he said, referring to James, who briefly ran for governor in 2021.

“This is a fraud on me,” Trump continued. “What’s happened here, sir, is a fraud on me.”Trump homed in on Judge Engoron’s named partisan bias.

“You have your own agenda, I certainly understand that,” Trump declared. “You can’t listen for more than one minute.”

At that point an enraged Engoron ordered Trump silenced.

But Engoron’s outburst allowed Trump to post on Truth Social that he made his point in court and for all the world to see that he was the victim of a show trial the Democrats put on out of fear they can’t beat him at the ballot box.

“The Judge cut me off in Court and would not let me explain that I was worth much more than the 4 plus $Billion (years ago) I show in the Financial Statements, which are conservatively done. Judge Engoron, curiously, cut Mar-a-Lago’s VALUE by a Billion Dollars, all the way down to $18,000,000 (and other assets as well!) to try and save the A.G.’s case. What is going on here? WITCH HUNT! ELECTION INTERFERENCE!” Trump declared.
