President Trump’s agenda is on the line in November’s midterm election.
But it’s not just Democrats working against Trump.
And Donald Trump just got betrayed by this RINO sellout in an unthinkable way.
Texas Senator John Cornyn is heading into a May runoff against pro-Trump State Attorney General Ken Paxton.
Cornyn drew a conservative challenger after advocating for amnesty, championing a blank check for Joe Biden’s endless war in Ukraine, and writing Biden’s red flag gun confiscation bill.
The GOP establishment poured $100 million into the primary only for Cornyn to limp across the finish line with 42 percent of the vote, a low enough total to force a runoff.
Paxton told Breitbart that making Texas voters aware of Cornyn’s history of stabbing Trump in the back should be enough to convince the 58 percent of Texans who chose another candidate in the March 3 primary to consolidate behind him.
“If the people of Texas knew how viciously John Cornyn went after Donald Trump by encouraging and inciting these people like Jack Smith and Mueller and [Monaco] to basically destroy the president, there’s no way that the people of Texas would put up with that and vote for John Cornyn,” Paxton stated. “This is the way John Cornyn works. He works behind the scenes usually, but that stuff is out in public, and we have the information. We just need to let the voters know.”
Cornyn’s record gives Paxton ammunition to back up his theory of the case.
In a recent interview with POLITICO’s Jonathan Martin, Cornyn praised mass immigration into the United States.
“I believe that legal immigration has been a blessing for our country,” Cornyn said during a meeting with border patrol agents. “It has made us who we are today, because all of us come from somewhere else.”
Cornyn opposed mass ICE deportation arrests, saying he believed they were “hopefully a temporary transition.”
Cornyn then told Martin his goal in running for another term was to pass an amnesty bill and “fix our broken immigration system.”
When Joe Biden took office, Cornyn praised Biden’s nomination of Lisa Monaco for Deputy Attorney General, even though it was known she played a key role in the Russia collusion hoax.
Lisa Monaco was Robert Mueller’s chief of staff when he ran the FBI. She was one of Obama’s closest aides—she participated in secret Situation Room meetings with John Brennan in 2016 to concoct Russia collusion hoax.

When Republicans won the majority in the House of Representatives in 2022, Cornyn defended Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, saying he didn’t think Republicans should investigate if Bragg unlawfully colluded with the Biden Department of Justice to indict Trump in the Stormy Daniels case.
“There’s more than enough to do,” Cornyn declared. “I would hope they would stick to the agenda they ran on when they got elected to the majority.”
Cornyn also defended Jack Smith’s indictment of Donald Trump in the classified documents hoax.
“I think unfortunately [Trump] has created a circumstance for himself which is, I think, very, very serious,” Cornyn said of the sham indictment that was later thrown out by a judge.

“I actually don’t hate Senator Cornyn at all. And right now, what we have is a Senator who actually is a real Republican who’s doing everything that he can to make it seem like he’s a MAGA Republican so that he can get through his primary.”
The RINO establishment is circling the wagons around John Cornyn,
Cornyn is begging President Trump for an endorsement.
But Cornyn’s record of selling out Trump and his agenda may be too much to overcome in this runoff.
