Fox News host Mark Levin wants everyone to think he is a big Trump supporter.

But Levin surprised viewers.

And Trump called it a Golden Age. Mark Levin called it surrender. Someone is very wrong.

As American Media Watch Dog reports:

Fox News host Mark Levin was one of the biggest boosters in conservative media for the war in Iran.

Levin used his radio and Fox News program to lobby President Trump to wage a regime change war in Iran, just like George W. Bush did in Iraq and Afghanistan.

But after President Trump announced a two-week ceasefire with Iran and the beginning of negotiations on a larger peace deal, the pro-war and pro-Israel Levin fumed that Trump chose not to pursue a longer engagement to topple the Iranian regime.

“We’re not doing regime change. Everybody says no regime change. Okay, then the regime survives in one form or another,” Levin began.

“The fundamentals survive. And so the question is, how do we keep this enemy, this poison, this cancer, these Islamist radicals, seventh-century barbarians, how do we keep them in a box? And that’s what we have to figure out. If we’re not gonna completely take them out because of the huge isolationist strain in the Democrat Party among the woke right,” Levin added.

Levin compared President Trump to Neville Chamberlain for accepting a 10-point proposal as the starting point for negotiations on a permanent end to the war.

“It can’t be just, ‘Peace in our time’ and, ‘We have a ten-point deal!’” Levin raged.

Levin then demanded that Trump keep the war going, telling Trump he couldn’t end the war as long as the Iranian regime remained in place.

“This enemy, make no mistake…they’re not going to go away if there’s no regime change!” Levin exclaimed.

“This enemy is still the enemy—they’re still surviving!” Levin declared.

Pro-war and Pro-Israel Trump supporter Laura Loomer also expressed disappointment with the ceasefire, claiming Trump didn’t secure “anything” and ripped it as a “net negative.”

Trump disagreed with these critics, arguing that America had achieved its military victory and that this deal could help usher in a new “Golden Age” in the Middle East.

“A big day for World Peace! Iran wants it to happen; they’ve had enough! Likewise, so has everyone else! The United States of America will be helping with the traffic buildup in the Strait of Hormuz. There will be lots of positive action! Big money will be made. Iran can start the reconstruction process. We’ll be loading up with supplies of all kinds, and just “hangin’ around” to make sure that everything goes well. I feel confident that it will. Just like we are experiencing in the U.S., this could be the Golden Age of the Middle East!!!” Trump wrote on Truth Social.
