Tim Walz was one of the most embarrassing candidates ever to hit the national stage.
But Walz outdid himself this time.
And that’s because Tim Walz made one scary promise that left Ilhan Omar grinning from ear to ear.
Democrats staged another one of their “No Kings” rallies.
It was largely the political equivalent of asking if a tree made any noise if it fell in the forest if no one was around to hear it.
The only headline coming out of the rally was Minnesota Governor Tim Walz pledging Democratic Party allegiance to Somali migrants.
“I have a message to our immigrant community here in Minnesota,” Walz ranted. “You are seen, heard, valued, and loved. You add value to our state. You are part of the fabric of what is good about Minnesota, and I have to tell you, that is a hell of a lot more than I’ll say about anybody in the White House.”
Walz declared that the Democrat party would stand by Somalis as an act of defiance to President Trump.
“And I will add a special thank you and a special acknowledgment that we will never leave the side of our Somali Minnesotans. Here’s our pledge to you, our Somali Minnesotans. Your great-grandchildren will still be here when that Orange clown is in the dustbin of history. You will be here.”
Democrats suffer from the reality that Americans understand the left will fight for the rights of illegal aliens over American citizens.
Walz promising fidelity to Somalis after scammers looted taxpayers of $9 billion in welfare fraud programs won’t disabuse anyone of that notion.
President Trump ripped Walz for defending Somalis even after it was proven in court that the fraudsters bilked taxpayers out of billions.
“What’s going on in Minnesota, with that crazy governor?” Trump declared. “Can you believe, these people come from Somalia? They have nothing — they come — Somalia’s considered the worst country. It’s not even a country. Like, the worst country in the world. The worst. They come over here, and they steal $19 billion.”
Conservatives contend that Democrats looked the other way on Somali fraud because it’s all a giant scam to buy votes and keep Minnesota blue.
President Trump declared war on fraud and named Vice President J.D. Vance as the head of a task force to root out fraud in federal spending.
The Somali scams in Minnesota will sit at the center of the task force’s work.
President Trump wants Americans to know that Democrats made it clear which side of the war on fraud they are lining up on.
