Trump blindsided Jeanine Pirro with three gut-wrenching words

Judge Jeanine Pirro was one of President Trump’s star appointments.

But Pirro got caught off guard by the latest development,.

And Trump blindsided Jeanine Pirro with three gut-wrenching words.

Pirro Drops Vandalism Charges Against Suspect Accused of Defacing the Reflecting Pool

On July 2, a grand jury indicted U.S. Olympian David Hearn on one count of felony destruction of property after prosecutors accused him of peeling off the new paint on the reflecting pool.

Liberals vandalized the area around the pool in response to President Trump refurbishing the pool due to algae in the water.

Fox News reported  that “U.S. Park Police previously discovered the numbers ’86 47′ etched into the grass near the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. The phrase has become a politically charged slogan directed at Trump. Supporters of the president, including Trump himself, have argued it amounts to a call for his assassination.”

But less than one month later, U.S. Attorney for Washington, D.C. Jeanine Pirro filed a motion in court dropping the charges against Hearn.

Pirro’s office claimed the Department of the Interior withheld information about the paint on the reflecting pool peeling on its own.

“Had DOI been forthcoming with the information clearly in its possession, the government would not have sought a grand jury indictment,” the motion read.

“It was not until after the return of the indictment, that the DOI provided additional documents to the USAO-DC indicating that damage to the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool in June 2026 was the result of flawed installation by the contractor, Atlantic Industrial Coatings (‘AIC’), and the rush to complete the project prior to events associated with the America 250 celebration in the weeks surrounding Independence Day 2026,” the motion continued.

“Given all of this newly discovered information, it is difficult to attribute the widespread damage to the Reflecting Pool to vandalism, let alone to establish that fact beyond a reasonable doubt,” the motion added.

Trump Makes His Disagreement Public

Trump was furious and put Pirro on public notice that “I disagree 100%” with this decision and maintained that vandalism caused the damage to the reflecting pool’s paint job.

“I disagree 100% with Jeanine Pirro, the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, on the Reflecting Pool. I don’t know what she was thinking? To me, it was a pure case of VANDALISM, that included the grass, which had a big 86 47 emblazoned in giant letters on it, and other elements of the surrounding area. There may have been some contractor difficulty, but the major damage was caused by VANDALS!” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

Secretary of the Interior Doug Burgum agreed.

“The evidence is clear: vandals have repeatedly caused damage to the Reflecting Pool. Some of these acts were even caught on camera. We also provided the U.S. Attorney’s office expert and eyewitness testimony to the damage done by vandals and provided every piece of evidence they asked for in the requested time line detailing each area of damage at the pool,” Burgum wrote on X.

Pirro is a close ally of Trump’s going back to her days as Westchester County District Attorney and her subsequent time on Fox News.

It would take a lot for Trump to go public with his unhappiness with Pirro.
