Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard uncovered a potential smoking gun.
All hell is on the verge of breaking loose.
And Tulsi Gabbard just hit Democrats with one gut punch that they never saw coming.
The FBI executed a search warrant at the Fulton County Election Office and took possession of 700 boxes of ballots from the 2020 election.
Trump long argued he won Georgia in 2020 and that Democrats stole the state through massive voter fraud.
The FBI obtaining a search warrant to seize ballots from the election means a federal judge believes there is probable cause to believe crimes were committed in the election.
To distract from the massive scandal that the Trump administration presented evidence to a judge that Joe Biden stole the 2020 election, Democrats seized on Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard’s presence on site as some kind of sign that President Trump weaponized the intelligence community to interfere in elections.
“Either Director Gabbard believes there was a legitimate foreign intelligence nexus — in which case she is in clear violation of her obligation under the law to keep the intelligence committees ‘fully and currently informed’ of relevant national security concerns — or she is once again demonstrating her utter lack of fitness for the office that she holds by injecting the nonpartisan intelligence community she is supposed to be leading into a domestic political stunt designed to legitimize conspiracy theories that undermine our democracy,” Senator Mark Warner (D-VA) wrote on X.
Gabbard responded to Democrats and debunked their conspiracy theories in a letter to Congress,
“For a brief period of time, I accompanied FBI Deputy Director Bailey and Atlanta Acting Special Agent in Charge Pete Ellis in observing FBI personnel executing that search warrant, issued by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia pursuant to a probable cause finding,” Gabbard wrote.
Gabbard went on to say that her “presence was requested by the President and executed under my broad statutory authority to coordinate, integrate, and analyze intelligence related to election security, including counterintelligence (CI), foreign and other malign influence, and cybersecurity.”
In the letter, Gabbard explained that as the Director of National Intelligence, “The FBI’s Intelligence Counterintelligence divisions are one of the 18 elements that I oversee.”
Gabbard wrote that the law gives her the authority to oversee intelligence assessments of foreign interference in elections.
And she reminded Democrats that in April, she warned that electronic voting systems were vulnerable to meddling by adversarial nations.
“As I publicly stated on 10 April 2025, there is information and intelligence reporting suggesting that electronic voting systems being used in the United States have long been vulnerable to exploitation that could result in enabling determined actors to manipulate the results of the votes being cast with the intent of changing the outcome of an election,” Gabbard added.
Gabbard stated that she was overseeing an intelligence assessment process that “ensures that the IC’s finished intelligence products are objective, independent of political considerations, and based on all available sources.”
Gabbard also promised to share the intelligence community’s assessment of foreign meddling in the 2020 election once it was complete.
“I will share our intelligence assessments with Congress once they are complete,” Gabbard declared.
