The Democrat Party ended up with an egg on its collective face.
No one looked worse than California Congressman Adam Schiff.
And now Adam Schiff will never be able to show himself again after this humiliating display.
Special Counsel Robert Hur appeared before the House Judiciary Committee for bombshell testimony.
Hur’s report into Biden stealing classified documents concluded Biden was too mentally enfeebled to stand trial and the jury would only see a decrepit old man with a “poor memory.”
That conclusion immediately led tens of millions of Americans to surmise that if Joe Biden was too mentally incompetent to stand trial, then he was too senile to be President.
Polls show as many as 86 percent of Americans think Biden’s age makes him unfit to be President – and this is a major factor in why Trump is leading Biden in the polls.
Democrats tried to play damage control in the hearing.
Adam Schiff – who spent years spreading lies about Donald Trump colluding with Russia during the 2016 campaign – took the lead.
Schiff claimed Hur concluding Biden’s brain function was so diminished that a conviction would be impossible was a political attack on Biden.
“You made a choice. That was a political choice. It was the wrong choice,” Schiff thundered.
Hur responded saying that Schiff’s suggestions to massage his conclusions and shade the truth would be a true act of political interference.
“What you are suggesting is that I shape, sanitize, omit portions of my reasoning and explanation to the Attorney General for political reasons…” Hur shot back.

The transcript backed up Hur’s assertion.
One of the more jaw dropping examples of Biden’s bad memory recounted by Hur was how Biden couldn’t remember what year his son Beau Biden passed away from cancer.
Biden initially claimed Hur tried to slime him with questions about his son’s death.
But the transcript proved even more damaging for Biden.
It was Biden who broached the subject of Beau’s passing in the context of why classified documents ended up in one of the seven different locations Joe Biden hid them in.
Biden also thought his son was deployed in Iraq at the same time he left the Senate.
“Remember, in this time frame, my son is — either been deployed or is dying, and, and so it was — and by the way, there were still a lot of people at the time when I got out of the Senate that was encouraging me to run in this period, except the president. I’m not — and not a mean thing to say. He just thought that she had a better shot of winning the presidency than I did. And so I hadn’t, I hadn’t, at this point — even though I’m at Penn, I hadn’t walked away from the idea that I may run for office again. But if I ran again, I’d be running for president. And, and so what was happening, though — what month did Beau die? Oh, God, May 30 —” Biden told Hur and his team
This was all a jumble of mixed-up dates and bad memories all caused by Biden’s cognitive decline.
Biden left the Senate in 2009.
Beau Biden passed away in 2015.
And Donald Trump ran for President against Hillary Clinton in 2016.
But Biden thought all these things happened in 2017 or 2018.
Democrats like Adam Schiff can spin all they want.
But what the transcript actually shows is that Hur undersold how senile and mentally incompetent Joe Biden truly is.
