Joe Biden left the southern border wide open.

This threatens national security.

And Joe Biden did one favour for a known terrorist that will make your blood boil.

A terrorist was caught illegally entering the U.S. southern border and was released into the country by federal authorities according an internal federal memo.

On March 13, 2023, a member of the Somali terror group al-Shabaab was caught by Border Control entering America according to the Daily Caller News Foundation. The Terrorist Screening Center originally “deemed him a ‘mismatch’” after running his name through the terrorist watchlist.

However, nearly a year later on January 18, 2024, the Terrorist Screening Center “made a redetermination” and the individual was “a confirmed member of al-Shabaab.” ICE was then sent to arrest the man in Minnesota.

Al-Shabaab is an American-designated terrorist group with ties to al Qaeda which operates principally in Somalia.

“Al-Shabaab is the largest and most kinetically active al-Qaeda network in the world and has proved both its will and capability to attack U.S. forces and threaten U.S. security interests. U.S. Africa Command, alongside its partners, continues to take action to prevent this malicious terrorist group from planning and conducting attacks on civilians,” the US Africa Command wrote in October of 2022.

The Biden Administration’s open border policies have encouraged an increasing number of terrorists to try and enter America. In 2023 alone, Border Patrol caught 172 terrorist watchlist suspects attempting to enter the U.S. illegally.

There is an additional security threat posed by the nearly 1.8 million known “gotaways”.

House Committee on Homeland Security, led by Chairman Mark E. Green, MD (R-TN), questioned FBI Director Christopher Wray in November asking whether it was possible terrorists had entered America through that means.

“Since January 2021, approximately 1.8 million illegal alien gotaways who evaded border patrol and entered our country, and this doesn’t even account for the unknown gotaways, which former Border Patrol Chief Raul Ortiz testified before this Committee could be about 20 percent of the [total] number. Meaning the real number of gotaways is well over two million. Can the FBI guarantee the American people that known or suspected terrorists, including any from Hamas or other tour groups, or not amongst those gotaways?” Green asked.

“The group of people that you’re talking about are a source of great concern for us. That’s why we are aggressively using all 56 of our joint terrorism task forces,” Wray answered trying to avoid the question.

“But there’s really no way for you to guarantee Hamas isn’t in them. … Do you think that number, that increased number increases the threat to the American people?” Green pressed.

“I think any time you have a group of people in the United States we don’t know nearly enough about, that is a source of concern for us,” Wray replied.

Wray later admitted that “threats that come from the other side of the border are affecting every state.”
