Majorie Taylor Greene Warns Conservatives that the GOP Leadership Betrayed Trump on Illegal Domestic Spying

The D.C. swamp wasn’t messing around.

That’s bad news for Trump supporters.

And Marjorie Taylor Greene got blindsided by this nasty deep-state sneak attack.

Congresswoman Greene blasted House Speaker Mike Johnson for following in the footsteps of RINOs like Paul Ryan and Kevin McCarthy by caving into Democrats on every fight.

Johnson plopped a 3,000-page National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) in the laps of members that represented a complete capitulation to Joe Biden.

The NDAA stripped out conservative policy victories on banning transgender surgeries in the military and defunding the abortion tourism program where Biden pays female service members to travel to blue states to terminate their pregnancy.

Johnson and the Democrats also stuffed $300 billion for Joe Biden’s war in Ukraine into the bill after conservatives succeeded in stripping this wasteful spending out of the legislation.

In a video posted to social media Greene explained that Johnson allowed Chuck Schumer and the Senate Democrats to write the NDAA once it got to the conference committee.

“The whole NDAA deal was made between Speaker Johnson, Chuck Schumer and the HAS [House Armed Services] Committee, and people like me, we didn’t get to participate,” Greene stated. “We were appointed to participate to make sure no money for abortion, no money for trans, for members like me standing up for Americans who are sick and tired of funding the Ukraine war, we we had taken the 300 million out of the defense bill. Well, let me tell you what the final product is and the deal that was made.”

Greene also revealed that the NDAA included a clean reauthorization of Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) which allows the FBI to illegally spy on American citizens without first obtaining a warrant.

This betrayal by Johnson kneecapped a bill by House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan to end Joe Biden’s unconstitutional domestic spying scheme.

Jordan passed a bill out of committee on a bipartisan 35-2 vote that would have required the FBI to obtain a warrant to spy on American citizens.

This became a critical fight for conservatives after the weaponized FBI abused the FISA courts to spy on the Trump campaign and Joe Biden declared a domestic war on terror against Trump supporters.

The FBI deployed the Section 702 authority to spy on Trump supporters following January 6 which was among the hundreds of thousands of documented abuses of power documented by government watchdogs.

“That funding is there for abortion travel. The policy is still in place for trans and the military and everything that goes with it. Democrat trans policy, Democrat abortion policy, 300 million for Ukraine is back in the NDAA,” Greene added.

Greene couldn’t believe Johnson would ask Republicans to go along with an NDAA that handed Joe Biden 100-percent total victory.

“Is the GOP really going to fund abortion vacations and trans surgeries, fund the Ukraine war, all with a CLEAN FISA extension under Speaker Johnson? This was a total sell-out of conservative principles and a huge win for Democrats.” Greene concluded.
